Just wanted to get that out there...
It's true, and I know that it prob doesn't seem like so since I've been uploading so little stuff, but trust me I'm trying.

Hopefully, you will be seeing a lot more work from me this spring because I'm in DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY CLASS!!

WOW I really have not been on here in like....FOREVER ....i fail miserably.
but i guess that's just what happens when you become an Art and Business double major....no time for life....ever...sigh*


but anyways....enough of the emo talk. I think I'll be uploading a bunch of traditional art i've been working on for classes.
College studio art classes = no time for food, no time for friends, no time for sleep, yet STILL have to pull allnighters before critique.....

I haven't gotten around to doing much photography lately....i am taking a black and white film photography class though (requirement for major, i would have skipped directly to digital photography if i could) It's going pretty well though actually, a little time consuming and very pricey...but hey I should be used to that by now XD

Hello!!


Hope everyone is doing well this wonderful sunny (it sunny here in the US ^^) day.

I must admit...I've been slacking off in the art department
My sincere apologies...
It's my first year in college...? Is that a good excuse?

I am taking art courses though....I took drawing last semester and I'm taking 3-D this semester which is.......lets just say....interesting.
Don't really think I'm much of a 3-D artist....wish I were though
I'm still doing some art here and there....when I'm not too busy Mastering Chemistry... XD



I've also recently taken a liking to kpop (Korean pop) in addition to cpop (Chinese pop), good stuff good stuff...not all of it (because a lot of times the songs sound way WAY too cutesy and magical) but there is definitely a lot of great music too.  My favorites at the moment:  Big Bang(kpop) and Khalil Fong(cpop)

Since I feel like I'm on facebook more than any thing else these day (BIG FAIL), I'm hoping this fanpage will help motivate me to do more art with any time I have!!! YES YES YES I WILL DO MORE ART ART ART! 加油加油加油 (Chinese, it means "you can do it!" or "add oil" literally, haha)

I think this means summer is off to a good start, don't you think?
Update on D90:
I'm going to visit China later this month, so hopefully I'll have my D90 all figured out by then and be able to share some amazingly beautiful scenery.  This camera is pretty ridiculous though….I've literally spent hours going through the menus and trying out all the different settings of which there are like a bajillion.    And then my hands get sore because the thing is so darn heavy when you hold it for a hour.  I've even made a graph thingy to help me remember what all the buttons do, forget the manual, my graph is even color coded. Hey Nikon, maybe you should try that sometime...idk...just a thought

And there are SO many buttons, it's like Charlie and the Chocolate factory in the end when they are in the elevator…and the buttons.... except there's not really That many buttons....and I'm talking about a camera....ok...not the best metaphor...you get the picture...right?  Oh, the things that just come to my mind...

Anywaaaays, I am taking this camera thing very/fairly/pretty seriously so my apologies for not uploading anything....YET,   I would if my photos were turning out the way I want them….but we'll not get into that



ITS SUMMER!
Gosh that hasn't really sunk in yet….
Happy Winter to those on the opposite side of the equator even though winter's not really a holiday...but I just wanted to say that.

I have a friend in Australia who's going to be visiting China later this month too except while I'll be there on Summer vacation, she'll be on Winter vacation….I don't think I ever really thought about that....pretty interesting....at least I think so.  



Matt Costa has been playing a lot on my ipod...good stuff....good stuff...



Well....sorry for babbling...I don't even know how that happens since I'm typing and not even talking....I think I'm just one of those people who just type what they're thinking in the exact words they are thinking....yup....I am.
